- Valid driver's license with clean driving record required
- CDL preferred
- Current CPR preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Transports residents in company vehicles to activities and appointments
- Safely assists residents in and out of vehicles
- Operates lift equipment necessary to load and unload wheelchairs
- Assists maintenance department in maintaining vehicles
- Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
- Recognizes and reports changes in resident's condition to medical personnel
- Provides excellent customer service in all interactions
- Maintains a safe work environment and exhibits safe work practices
- Interacts cooperatively with residents, families, visitors and other team members
